Elegant Expeditions Referral Program, The Referral Suite,  Agreement

This Referral Program, The Referral Suite, Agreement, ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Elegant Expeditions ("Agency") and the individual or entity participating as an affiliate ("Affiliate") in the referral program (collectively referred to as the "Parties"). By participating in the referral program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview The Agency offers a referral program to incentivize Affiliates to refer clients. Affiliates will receive commissions for successful referrals as defined herein.

2. Commission Structure

• For each client referred by the Affiliate who pays the full design fee of $250, the Affiliate will receive a 20% commission of $50.

• Commissions will be paid 8-10 business days after the referred client has successfully submitted their design fee. 

• Limited Time: For referrals where the referred client submits their design fee by February 14, 2025, the commission rate will increase to 40% of the design fee ($100).

3. Commission Cap

• There is currently no cap on commissions. However, the Agency reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with prior notice to Affiliates.

4. Eligible Referrals

• Referrals are not limited to honeymoon bookings; they may be for any type of trip.

• The referred client must:

  • Pay the full design fee of $250 within six months of the referral.

  • Be a first-time client with no prior bookings or inquiries with Elegant Expeditions.

  • Be submitted using the official referral form on the Agency’s website (Coming Soon!) or via email with the following required format:

    • Client's Full Name

    • Client's Contact Information

    • Client's Consent to be Contacted by Elegant Expeditions

    • Any Relevant Information That Can Be Provided (i.e. ideal destination, type of trip, budget, etc)

• Self-referrals are not eligible for this program.

5. Submission Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or via email.

• Submissions that do not include all required information or lack the client's consent to be contacted will be considered invalid.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made via the payment method provided by the Affiliate.

• Payments are processed within 8-10 business days after the referred client has booked their trip.

• Cash rewards are subject to tax reporting, and Affiliates receiving $600 or more in rewards annually will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes.

7. Program Changes

• The Agency reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice to Affiliates.

• Any changes to the program, including commission rates or caps, will not affect referrals already submitted and approved under the terms of the program in effect at the time of submission.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

• The Affiliate agrees to act professionally and ethically when referring clients to the Agency.

• The Affiliate must ensure they have obtained the client’s consent before submitting their information to the Agency.

• Any attempts to abuse the program, including submitting false referrals or failing to comply with the terms, will result in disqualification from the program.

9. Confidentiality

• The Affiliate agrees to keep all client and Agency information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of participating in the referral program.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Elegant Expeditions Referral Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
